Update – San Lorenzo Terminals

In view of the ongoing developing situation and different communications and instructions being issued by Sanitary Authorities of the Argentine Government we have chosen to send a consolidated daily report at the closing of working hours with an update of the day’s news.

Further to our previous message. The Government has declared a compulsory truce due on the strike called out by the Oil Workers Union in San Lorenzo. On this basis the strike goes into a impasse while negotiations continue. Terminals are returning to usual routines.

The Oil Workers Union in San Lorenzo have again called out a strike as from 1200 hours local, today October 30th (in about one hour). In principle the strike is for 24 hours, but may become open ended. They are claiming a bonus for working during the Covid-19 pandemic. Affected ports are: Dreyfus and Renova in Timbues, COFCO Timbues and PGSM, Terminal 6, Bunge, Cargill (Quebracho) Vicentin and Molinos Agro (San Benito).

Will keep you posted.

Best regards,
Antares Servicios Maritimos S.A.
