River Parana Draft Forecast:
Basis INA Report of July 14th and Depth Report of July 17th

River level is descending. Nevertheless, the forecast is that water levels will not be as low as during 2021.

Grains and Markets:
Jordan has purchased 60 thousand barley, reported from Bunge, loading dates 2nd half November. Jordan has also bought 120 thousand tons of wheat, August and September shipment.
Korea has shipments of 135 thousand maize for September and October.

Bahia Blanca Dredging:
Offers on a tender for long term maintenance dredging of Bahia Blanca harbor area are being received. The tender is for the harbor area. Another tender will be issued for the maintenance dredging of the access canal. All areas worked are to maintain the 45 feet maximum sailing draft.

Crude exports from Puerto Rosales (Bahia Blanca):
Oiltanking has announced that they will be increasing their storage capacity at Puerto Rosales. The new capacity will consist of five 50,000 cubic meter tanks, with an option for one more tank. Also they intend to build a pier with berthing capacity for two vessels of about 120 thousand and 160 thousand dwt. The pier will measure 1,700 meter length. We will revert with further details as they emerge.

Brisk weather is forecast tomorrow Monday but weather conditions are expected improve for STS operations during the rest of the week.
