Scrubbers in Argentine waters
In view of the ongoing developing situation and different communications and instructions being issued by Sanitary Authorities of the Argentine Government we have chosen to send a consolidated daily report at the closing of working hours with an update of the day’s news.
We make reference to the item published in our Circular of August 13th, 2020.
The Argentine Coast Guard has today announced that the regulation which forbids the discharge of washing waters from scrubbers of National and Foreign vessels in Argentine waters has been suspended until further notice.
Please see highlighted item below advising the new regulation which is now suspended.
This is valid as from today, October 02nd.
