Stevedores Strike
In view of the ongoing developing situation and different communications and instructions being issued by Sanitary Authorities of the Argentine Government we have chosen to send a consolidated daily report at the closing of working hours with an update of the day’s news.
The Stevedore Union for San Lorenzo (Puerto San Martin, San Lorenzo, Timbues) have called out a six (6) hours strike for tomorrow, November 05th. The Union is protesting the reinstatement of the Union Secretary who was removed by a judicial order some years back. It is likely that loading operations will be significantly affected during the day.
