-San Nicolas: The port consortium issued a clarification of the rules to be applied for vessels berthing at New Port and the Elevator. All vessels must be granted Free Practique by Sanitary Authorities prior being grated berth. If vessels have sailed from an affected port more than 14 days and the Sanitary Authorities grant Free Practique then all will be as usual. For vessels that are within the 14 day quarantine period the Sanitary Authorities must first grant Free Practique and the Master will be required to supply further details of the crew’s medical condition and occurrences at the previous port of call. Agents will also be required to issue a sworn statement verifying the Master’s statements.

These requirements are less stringent than those applied at Necochea and Bahia Blanca.
