Grounding on River Parana
The mv OCEAN FREEDOM is reported grounded at Km 311 (between Ramallo and San Pedro) at 0700 today 03rd August. The vessel was navigating in loaded condition from San Lorenzo outbound to Recalada.
CoastGuard Traffic Control has interrupted navigation in the area for all ocean going vessels.
