Grains and Markets:
Iran (SLAL) is still negotiating 200,000 tons of soya bean meal spot (January-February) dates.
Indonesia is asking for a Supramax of soya beans on April dates.
South Korea’s MFG bought a Panamax (68,000 tons) of maize April dates. Source unreported.
Other South Koreans are also reported to be in the market for similar volumes.
Chileans are also looking for a Supramax of maize during March.
Algerians are tendering for a further 120,000 tons of maize February-March, previous tender was sourced from Plate.
